✨ Yesterday we hosted our very first Bo***es and Brew social of the year! ✨

Like any first event, there were a few little bumps along the way, but the atmosphere was full of connection, conversation, and laughter. 💕 Everyone had the chance to socialise, share experiences, and spark some brilliant ideas for the future.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us — your presence made the day so special. Katie and Leanne loved facilitating across both the Preston and Burnley campuses, and we’re already buzzing with inspiration for what’s next.

We can’t wait to bring the community together again soon… stay tuned for upcoming events! 🌸☕👶

🎁 RAFFLE DONATIONS NEEDED 🎁

Lancashire SU Midwifery Society – Winter Conference 2025 📅 17th December 2025

Hello lovely community 💙

As part of our upcoming Winter Conference, we’re hosting a charity raffle to raise funds for Arthur’s Gift—a touching initiative in memory of baby Arthur, who sadly lost his life due to HELLP syndrome.

Through this fundraiser, we aim to support the Royal Preston Hospital Neonatal Unit, where Arthur sadly passed away, helping provide memory-making items like Polaroid cameras, clay footprint kits, and scrapbooks for families navigating the neonatal journey.

We’re kindly asking for raffle prize donations—big or small, every contribution makes a difference. Whether you're a local business, a crafty creator, or someone with a gift to give, we’d love to hear from you!

Brew and bo***es social event taking place November 11th 3pm-6pm. Preston and Burnley midwifery students please see our fb page to vote if you can make it. We want to be able to accommodate everyone who wants to attend but we need final numbers so we can purchase the right amount of materials for you all and sort a ticket price out accordingly (this won’t be much at all but we need a final number) thank you so much to all those who have voted already over on our instagram page we cannot wait to see you all at our first social event of the academic year ❤️
