We’re at Stockport Grammar for football and Netball matches ⚽️

Brian and Emma are taking part in the lakeland_trails Leighton Hall Trail Half Marathon…. And Clare is walking the dog and cleaning the house 😂

Apologies for the radio silence!
We’ve had a busy couple of weeks, Clare was away with her other half Brian and the rest of the Lion’s running group in Las Vegas for the Rock n Roll half marathon! A busy and bonkers place but she made it back in one piece! 🤩

Availability wise this week we are fully booked in Bamber Bridge today, there’s still space is 1 slot left in Stockport tomorrow evening, Wednesday and Thursday in Bamber Bridge and Lytham there are a handful of slots left and we have plenty of space left in Cheadle on Friday.

WE MADE IT!!
January is almost over, the evenings are already getting a tiddly bit lighter and soon the sun will have its hat on 😎 (hopefully 🙄)

We seem to have hit the ground running this month, everyone is still keeping us busy and we love it! 🥰

Availability left in Cheadle tomorrow (Friday) either first thing in the morning or around lunch time.
Then we are onto a new week! We are fully booked in Bamber bridge on Monday but we have space on Wednesday, Thursday in Lytham there are a couple of slots here and there and then Friday in Cheadle is currently wide open.

Do you need us? We are seeing lots of people with training injuries and niggles at the moment, marathon plans have started! 🏃‍♂️
If you want some advice on injury prevention, a good stretch and mobility programme to go alongside your training or prehab/rehab for a specific challenge then please do get in touch!

And here we are! Our last clinic of the year, Matt is doing an ad hoc clinic in Lytham today. We do have 1 or 2 spaces left if you need us!
