Morning. The tea room is closed today for the charity quiz night later 😁 I have made some cake treats for our quizzers to purchase during the night. There's also still time to buy raffle tickets for the Prostate charity day tomorrow starting from 11. At 11.30 I'll be doing my sponsored silence 🤐 for an hour (long enough for me 🤣)

Good Morning from The Calm Centre

I've just spent the last half hour remembering and reminiscing with a smile ❤️
I used to dread Monday mornings, now they excite me.
Again I'm starting my week with beautiful Usui Reiki sessions, and I can't think of anything more special.
In my diary, the rest of the week looks lovely.
Finishing off the week with my chosen charity fundraiser.
Friday nights Quiz and Saturdays Fundraising Event - all in aid of

Let's make this week as positive and beautiful as we can🙏
