2 years ago I achieved my Diploma in Person centred therapy
A year ago I achieved my trauma therapy qualification and in December 2023 my hypnotherapy qualification.

I offer counselling to minds matter clients and to children within CAMHS.

I have personally experienced CPTSD, anxiety and OCD which propelled my research and knowledge into mental health condition’s.

I use the person centred technique with hypnotherapy and trauma therapy intergration.

I have now opened a CIC a small charity organisation where I will be offering workshops to young people suffering with their mental health, who have autism and ADHD, this will be held in Skelmersdale.
