To help protect appointment times and ensure fairness for all clients, a £10 booking deposit is now required for new client appointments.
The deposit secures your session and is deducted from the final balance on the day.
I completely understand that plans can change, and 24 hours’ notice is always appreciated. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the deposit being retained.
