If it hurts when you:
• get up from the sofa
• stand after sitting
• take the first few steps

That stiffness isn’t “just age”.

It’s often your joints and muscles telling you they’ve been under-loaded for too long… then suddenly asked to work.

The fix usually isn’t rest.

• improves as you move
• then returns afterwards

That’s not your body “loosening up”.
It’s often a sign of tissue overload.

Tendons, joints, and muscles can cope for a while —
but if the load keeps exceeding capacity, pain follows.
