We have added the hugely popular Pilates/Barre Fusion class to a Monday night! 45 mins of intense exercise!! 🥵🍑🔥 also our brand new Adult Functional Gymnastics is on a Monday 6-7pm 🙌all classes can be used with any of our memberships or passes or you can pay as you go for £8 per class.
