It’s Know Your Numbers! Week, the perfect time to check your blood pressure and take care of your heart health.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but left untreated it can lead to serious problems. Around 5 million adults in the UK are living with undiagnosed high blood pressure, don’t be one of them.

Making small lifestyle changes can really help:
✔️ Eat less salt
✔️ Add more fruit and veg
✔️ Get active

Pop to your local pharmacy for a blood pressure check and know your numbers, it could make all the difference.

Do you, or someone you care for, have communication needs?
NHS services will always:

Ask if you have any communication needs.
Record those needs on your health records.
Ensure that those needs are easily visible on your records.
Share those needs with other services if you are being referred.
Make sure those needs are met as part of your care

This could mean arranging an interpreter, translating letters, or providing information in large print, braille or easy read.
