Tonight was our first Traditional Hatha Yoga class of the New Year! A solid back to basics class releasing physical tension and energetic blocks and coming back to centre with Asanas (including Cat/Cow, Dog, Basic Sun Salutation), Balancing the Energies Pranayama, Anjali Mudra and through contemplating words of wisdom from the ancient sage Patanjali (below!)
