Morning all , start of a fresh week 💪 what is your goal this week ??
Sometimes it’s good to switch it up and rather than focus on the scales and numbers , think of a more practical goal to aim for , like smashing your water 💦 or making better choices food wise to fuel your body 🫶
So here’s an example for this week , think about the choices you make .. and why you are choosing the foods you are choosing .
Food is fuel and should be doing just that ! Furling your body and giving it the nourishment it needs . Your products are bursting with nutrition so giving your body your RDA of vitamins and minerals .
But when we have to choose food are you reaching for something just to satisfy a craving or join in a social situation, or are you reaching for something that actually nourishes your body ?
These are the habits that are not only going to get you to Goal weight but help to keep you there and maintaining long term !
So this week any calories you eat of conventional food , make them nourishing to feed and fuel your body 😍
