"OMG, I can't believe its September. Where has the year gone?"

If you're anything like me, I've not only said this, I've heard this a lot!

It's almost like time is speeding up!!

Which it hasn't of course, we're just got too much to do in a day now. Rushing from A to B to C to...… and at the end of the day we collapse in a heap, exhausted and wondering where the day went.
The good habits and routines have fallen to one side, our plans have been derailed and our hopes and dreams seem to be drifting further away from us out of reach.

On the plus side, the kids are back at school and its the perfect time to pause, readdress our lives, hopes and dreams and plan for the final quarter of the year. Christmas is on the horizon, but there really IS time to get back on the horse, wagon, the yellow brick road or whatever you may call it, and RESET, REBOOT or RESTART. There are 16 weeks to Christmas, still time to put a plan in place and SMASH IT! You can still make this the year to remember and take a step closer to LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE!

Take a deep breath.....
And relax.

Press pause.......

Get away from the chaos, confusion and leave the stress of life behind you!

This was how I started my day today, just me and my beautiful horse out in nature, out in wide open spaces, an endless cloudless blue sky above us. Warmed by the morning sun and cooled by the gentle breeze...... Ahhh!

I was just a passenger, I let her make the decisions of where we went. I trusted her, after all....
She knows best!!!

It got me thinking that if we were to simply go with the flow, stop the endless pushing and shoving of trying to bend life to our will, trust that the opportunities will arrive and our needs and desires will ment at the prefect time we need them, wouldn't life be easier?
Wouldn't it be calmer?
More joyful even?

I can,

I'm a bit of all of them actually but generally I'm a Conscious eater, I avoid dairy and white bread most of the time, get the munchies when having a drink on a Friday/Saturday night and tend to eat rubbish when I'm tired.😴😴

I was recently approached by a client who was desperate to stop smoking.
He was a longterm smoker and his health had deteriorated over the years. He had developed a serious condition, which if left untreated would lead to a significant shortening of his life expectancy and necessary medical procedures would only go ahead if he had stopped smoking.

He was terrified of what the future would hold if didn't quit the ciggies. He approached me saying,
"I have to be a non-smoker by Tuesday afternoon."
This was on the Friday before.

We met on the Tuesday morning, just hours before the appointment he was dreading, where he would get test results and discuss his options . We'd had a short discussion previously concerning his habit, so as time was of the essence, l quickly put him into hypnosis, and gave him the help he desperately desired.

He went from Smoker to Non-smoker in less than half an hour!

Weeks on and still a non-smoker, his procedure is scheduled to go ahead and his health is improving. His breathing is better, his cough has gone, he's sleeping better and his blood circulation has improved.
He has absolutely no desire to smoke and is looking forward to the future.

As we head into the last quarter of the year its a great time to review, refresh and renew our goals that may have waned over the summer.
Sometimes our goals can change, get overlooked or forgotten with the busy pace of life.
