Week two of Yoga for Life complete ✅ and I’m incredibly inspired by all the gorgeous souls who have said yes to the journey, showing up, getting curious, and learning more about themselves and their practice.
One of the things that came up this week was just how many different styles of yoga we actually have available to us… and honestly the only real way to understand them is to get on the mat and try them.
At Mandala we try to offer as much variety as we can — from somatics to vinyasa to rocket and yin — because every body, every nervous system and every season of life needs something different.
Which is exactly why I’m so excited that Method X is coming back to the studio this month.
