My Spring group course will be starting on 8th April 2024 & running for four weeks, every Monday from 6:30pm - 9:00pm. Set in the beautiful Little Sparks in Churchtown, this is a small, intimate group for you & your birth partner to get informed and empowered 💪🏽
We’ll cover:
✨ Birth basics - learning about what actually happens during different stages of labour, what to expect and how to manage it
✨ How to make labour and birth more comfortable, from your environment, to increasing those pain-relieving hormones
✨ Self-hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques that will keep you calm during your pregnancy and labour
✨ Your rights - What you can request during your birth, and how to advocate for yourself
✨ Practical things your birth partner can do to make your birth easier and more comfortable
✨ Steps you can be taking now to benefit you & your baby, during labour and birth
✨ How to turn your fear into power and go into birth feeling like an absolute badass!
