Client shout out!
This is a huge shout out to . Mike has absolutely smashed the last 6 months! We are up over 1st in body weight and up over 8lbs of which is lean muscle! Which is a huge achievement! But not only that he is more confident coming in to the gym by him self! The strength gains are incredible! But even the mindset that we have created to get to where we are and wanting to push forward even more! I absolutely amazing! So so proud of you fella! Let’s keep pushing and see what else we can achieve! The results so far speak for themselves self!

What a year!

A full year of ups and downs! Excited to welcome in 2024. I know 2023 has been a tough year for my self and a lot of people. But what we have to tell our selves is we made it though it. It wasn’t easy and there are time we wanted to give up. But we made it.
Going into the 2024 full of optimism and knowing I can achieve what ever I want to achieve.

How this year started! To how this year is ending!
This year has taught me a lot! But just keep being consistent, I genuinely planned to this at the start of the year to try and make the best version of my self. Tbh, after the first few months I completely forgot 😂. But kept sticking to my training and food as much as I can. It’s been a complete rollercoaster of a year. But genuinely looking at these just as a comparison I am really proud of my self and I don’t say that often. Here is to next year! I am actually the same weight in both photos which is amazing. So that’s to all the people! Weight doesn’t define you it is just a number! 💪🏻

The hardest thing about his time of year is getting the motivation to get out and do things. Especially the gym! I have found my self on these cold, dark and wet days. Trying to find the motivation to go. You aren’t alone!
But you feel so much better for it after both mentally and physically! Put that gym gear on and just go for 20 mins! By the time you are 20 mins in, you have done the hard bit of getting there. Then you’ll prob end up doing your normal session.
Another way to get you there is book a class or book a PT. Then you have made that commitment then. So you are more likely to go 💪🏻. Even if it’s just at the start of the week to give you the push for the rest of the week 💪🏻.

Today is going to be a good day!
That’s what I tell my self every morning, some times it only last 5 seconds. Sometimes it last 5 mins. Then you go back into that negative mindset. But when you start to believe it more and more you realise at the end of they day. You know what! That was a good day!

If you are in a negative mind set, all you will see is negative things. Try your best to find the little smidge of positivity. Wether that is a PB in the gym, eating a healthy meal, laughing. Even just not things negative for 5 mins. These are all positive things.
Sometimes you just need to wade though the s**t a little harder to find them!

I think more people need to talk about this!

This is not a conventional before and after photo. This is the factor of mental health, I know a lot of people are very similar to me when they are struggling they lose their appetite. Feel like they have to train harder or longer. This can be from break ups, stress at home, stress at work or many other things.
But then from this you start losing weight and people start giving you compliments. So then you start to enjoy the comments. It can be so easy to think this is the best way. But it’s such an unhealthy way to get results. I have been there my self. I am glad that that now I can notice that was a possible route I was going down. But I am putting things in place and recognising this is the first step.

Sometimes when you see these progress photos or see people changing quickly, try and look at the bigger picture. What are they going though.
I would recommend changing what you say from “you look really well, have you lost weight?” just to “you look well”.
This isn’t just restricted to every day people, this goes for celebs as well. Always look at the bigger picture and take everything you see on social media with a pinch of salt. They aren’t going to show the bad bits or give you the full story.

If you see people that are struggling, try and support them and be there for them.

I want to do a huge client shout out to

She has absolutely smashed it so far! Jen came to me not confident in the gym, didn’t really believe what we was capable of. But I wanted to prove to her what she can do! Now she isn’t scared of lifting heavy, going into the gym by her self and even has other people coming up to her asking for help! Honestly the progress this girl has made both physically you can see how much her body has changed! Her waist has come in and looking more toned by far! But in confidence and mind set is incredible! So proud of you! We are going to keep making progress you are doing incredible 💪🏻

An absolute client appreciation! absolutely smashing it! From march to June 16lbs down 💪🏻. Training hard with PT, boxing classes and Pilates. But then fuelling those workouts with wholesome good food, still being ‘naughty’ and not restricting. It’s just about balance and creating good habits! Which Ashley is doing amazing! Keep it going!

My client here dropped 1 and a half stone, also 1-2 dress sizes in 6 weeks!
