The Southport and Formby office is owned and managed by Anthea pilkington and Irene Hough. Anthea was employed as the care manager for the first UK office. Anthea saw first hand the huge difference that Home Instead was making to the lives of older people and when the pair decided to start their own business it was the perfect oppurtunity to start a business that they could be proud of. The difference between Home Instead - Southport & Formby and other home care providers is their commitment to provide a high quality service that focuses on the person rather than the tasks. The care is tailored to each individual and takes into account individual needs and preferences. The care manager strives to find out what is important to the person as well as what is important for the person.
