For over 20 years, Lyn has poured her soul into Portland Hall Spa - leading through ups, downs, challenges, triumphs, and every curveball the world could throw at a small family-run business.

She has guided our team with grace, held the fort through the hardest seasons, uplifted the people around her, and built a spa that has become a sanctuary for thousands.

A true definition of a strong woman: soft when needed, fierce when required, and unwavering always.
