In a world that often demands conformity, the pressure to "blend in" can feel like a safety mechanism. However, true fulfillment and mental well-being are rarely found in the shadows of someone else’s expectations. Choosing to be "full of brightness" is not about forced positivity; it is a therapeutic practice of radical self-acceptance.
By honoring your authentic self, you reduce the internal friction caused by masking your true identity. This alignment acts as a beacon, not only illuminating your own path but also giving others the silent permission to do the same. In a world that can often feel dimmed by cynicism or fatigue, your unique light, your kindness, your creativity, and your truth can become a vital source of warmth and hope.
To deepen your journey toward authentic living and emotional resilience:
Practice self-compassion and cultivate mindfulness.
Remember that your brightness is not a burden to be dimmed; it is the very gift the world is waiting for.

Holding space for everyone who has been affected by the horrifying attack yesterday. My heart is with the victims, the families, and all those who lived through what must have been a terrifying moment. To the first responders and individuals who stepped in with courage and care we thank you.
In moments like this, fear and anger are natural, but hatred wont heal us, it wont bring us safety or peace, only division and pain. We grieve together, care for each other and refuse to let violence turn us against each other.
Let's keep choosing compassion and remember the people behind the headlines.
Love is always stronger.

I went for a short walk earlier this evening before the rain came. I noticed the smell of Autumn, the freshness of the air. It was delicious 💕
I was inspired by the colours of the season, the hue of the sky, and grateful for all the berries that laden the trees for my winged friends.🐦
I was actually so inspired and full of gratitude for my life and everything in it.
Sometimes I forget to be grateful 🙏
I wrote a few words and took a few photos and I wanted to share them with you. 💕

"When the Leaves Begin to Turn"

Take a breath.
Notice the air around you…
How it has grown a little cooler,
A little more honest perhaps.

The trees do not mourn their green when gold arrives.
They loosen it gently, like a hand unclasping another.
After a long and faithful walk,
Releasing memory from each other.

See how the sky, too, is changing.
Its shadows longer,
Its light is a little softer,
Teaching us that even endings can be tender.

And in the garden, a single rose still lingers,
Its blush is brave against the chill.
Reminding us that beauty can remain,
Even as the season asks for a release.

So perhaps autumn is not an ending, but a transition.
From green into ember,
From youth into wisdom,
The restless into the rooted.

And as you carry your own changes,
As you feel the weight of shifting days,
Remember the leaves, overhead and tall
How they blaze brightest, just before they fall.

It's good to refresh and keep my knowledge and skill set up to date.
