What a gorgeous weekend it's been 🥰
A super lovely practical Hypnobirthing course with really lovely feedback 😍
Then today I was off to meet a lovely mama to be who I will have the absolute privilege of 'doulaing' again for!
Then to top it off, it was off to set up the studio for our 4th Trimester course tomorrow as we have a jam packed day with photo backdrops, sling library and a 'Bear Hunt'.
If you want to join any of our classes, give me a shout. Classes run from with free parking and always lots of drinks and chocolate biscuits!

Basically it's the works... a baby class that's for you both just baby!
Our current courses have extended their sessions as they don't want to leave (and I dont want them to either)! They meet up in the week, have a WhatsApp chat, and even go for lunch after/before classes!
Plus, our Tuesday Course is a later start, so no early rushing around.

Weekly Pregnancy Classes in Southport
The perfect combination of pregnancy yoga, dreamy relaxation, breathing and what we call 'bitesize' birth prep.
Every week is different and these classes are a great way to meet others also rocking a baby bump, plus we set up an optional What's App group so you can keep chatting between classes.
The next 6 week block starts on Tuesday 16th September at 7:15pm. Dreamy 75 minute classes at our studio, The White House in Southport.
No equipment to bring, we have it all, so just yourself and bump :-)
Making birth cups .... as part of our course, not only do you make a birth board, I've recently added glasses!
Perfect for filling your cup with birth affirmations (pun intended).
The idea ... I'm not a big fan of sports bottles during birth, they have their place, yes, but if you're on all fours or pretty much any position, you need to put more effort into drinking from on.
With a strawed cup/glass, you can just be passed it in whatever position you're in and have a drink... plus, they are fab to put in cup holders when out walking the pram when baby arrives!
There are loads and loads of practical, hands on stuff in our courses. I like this activity so much as it gives you the opportunity to not only take something home, but chat to your partner about things you have learnt and ask questions.

Our weekly classes have it all, including all the equipment, so there is nothing to carry or buy, just bring yourself and bump!
Hot drinks, lots of snacks, and an optional What's App group to help you stay connected between classes and share the journey, making new friends along the way.

Mummy to two beautiful little girls that I birthed using Hypnobirthing, wife to Steven as well as a qualified Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Birth and Postnatal Doula, Baby Massage Instructor. I also offer Breastfeeding Peer Support and work as a volunteer for Breastfeeding Support Sefton and I’m trained in Rebozo, Closing the Bones and Aromatherapy for Childbirth.
I am passionate about helping and supporting mothers to be and families in achieving a positive pregnancy and birth experience.
I offer a variety of ways to learn Hypnobirthing as I believe that no one person or family is the same and everyone has different needs and requirements.
Hypnobirthing with me can be learnt in small group settings at the Massage Therapy Rooms by Aimee in Southport or privately in the comfort of your own home (or at the Massage Therapy Rooms if you prefer) on times and days to suit you, including weekends and evenings. A private course can be split up over a number of sessions to fit around you and the duration of sessions is also up to you too... and its no problem if you have more than one birth partner either!
My approach to Hypnobirthing is honest, realistic and empowering... this is about YOU having the ‘best birth for you’. My courses are VERY interactive, informative and supportive.
I ‘cover’ Merseyside, North Cheshire, and South Lancashire.
In addition to Hypnobirthing I am also a Birth Doula offering unbiased support antenatally, during labour and birth and postnatally too. I run weekly Pregnancy Relaxation sessions and Baby Massage courses (from newborn to mobile).
