I often get asked..... What is trance?... What happens?... Is it safe?
Yes, it is perfectly safe, we all go in and out of trance many times a day.
For example, when you are watching TV and your nearest and dearest says "Are you listening to me? Did you hear what I just said?" or when you are running on the treadmill at the gym, thinking about that up and coming holiday, and the most common one of all.... when you are driving a familiar route and then suddenly realise you are further on than you thought or, worse, you've arrived!
Well that's trance...
It is your conscious and subconscious minds coming together in focused concentration, it's when we are able to sort out problems intellectually.
During our therapy sessions, we use trance to help our clients to get the best out of themselves ✨
