This is all about bringing humanity into the workplace. For us this is one of the biggest things we need to work in a pre-hospital care environment. Here at Pathfinder Medical Services We treat every patient as an individual and with the utmost care. It’s easy to be compassionate when you agree with the other person’s situation, it’s more difficult and more meaningful when you’re compassionate with others who see things differently and here we pride ourselves on this.

The pollen count is high today which tends to bring on hay fever symptoms. ☀️

You may notice having a runny, blocked nose, sneezing or itchy eyes. 🤧

Here’s some top tips:

✅ put Vaseline around your nostrils to trap pollen
✅ stay indoors whenever possible
✅ keep windows and doors shut as much as possible
✅ don’t cut the grass or walk on grass
✅ don’t smoke or be around smoke – it makes your symptoms worse
✅ don’t dry clothes outside – they can catch pollen

Your pharmacist will be able to give you advice and suggest the best treatments, like antihistamine drops, tablets or nasal sprays. 👍 (Just be sure to stick to coronavirus guidelines)
