Care Co-ordinator/Mentor wanted to grow Crosby, Maghull and Lydiate areas. We want someone that is known to the Care Arranger's at Sefton and has a nice working relationship with them, that has lots of experience in taking on new care packages and is happy to start the care packages and mentor/monitor their new team in how they want the care to be delivered.

Applicants must be very capable on a computer, be able to drive and get themselves around the areas they are co-ordinating for, be kind and polite and be happy to complete training and be happy to take the on call for their area and then delegate this cover to their team as it develops.

I want to meet candidates on an individual basis initially to assess their skills sets and capabilities and then I will make a decision how offers in terms of pay scale etc. Hours will be to meet the needs of the business so will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Candidates needs to be happy to cover all of this also and be capable of meeting the needs of the business.

We accept all funding streams, from private paying to Sefton funded packages so you can remain with the same care team as your funding needs alter. Something our customers and their families really appreciate as their care needs change. We also allow you to upscale or reduce your care package within 48 hours notice, which is also helpful as your needs change.
