Care & Support Worker Wanted!
I am looking for a kind and thoroughly lovely support worker for a regular 7am to 11am weekdays only. This will be with a regular set of customers that rely on your help and support to complete basic living tasks daily.

You will have a level of rotation, with some having 3 days and some having 5 but we will keep you busy for the full time. They are a lovely group of customers but they are very real people; so you will need to be ok with dogs, cats, family members, mildly inappropriate senses of humour.

You can pick up overtime also if you wish to but there is no pressure if you are happy with 16-20 regular hours a week.

You will need to be able to drive to get about to the calls and you will be in Southport town centre, moving up towards Birkdale and Churchtown but we do pay you for your mileage.

We offer care packages from 15 minutes up to 24 hours and we can fit you in within a 48 hour period. Our staff are well trained, capable and kind and you can have a short term contract or a longer term contract, depending on your needs.

We are not recruiting for care staff at the moment - as we already have sufficient staff and we are filling their schedules for work up before we take any more staff on. We have a lovely team of kind people that work the area and are very skilled in dementia care, skin integrity, medication support and making light snacks. We are excited to announce that we have recruited some excellent additional care staff so we can take on more customers in Southport and Formby areas.

We accept all funding streams and are happy to work with your existing care and support team, if you already have a regular person that does part of your week etc. Holiday season is coming up and we are very happy to cover holiday time too.
