🍁 Join me for a beautiful, soul nourishing morning to celebrate the start of Autumn. A time to reflect on the year gone by, to give thanks for everything we have achieved and enjoyed so far this year. Autumn is often described as the season of the soul, an opportunity to return home to ourselves, ground and slow down in preparation for winter. A gorgeous time of year where nature literally transforms before your very eyes, from lush greens to deep browns, oranges and golds, shedding what it no longer needs and drawing in energy to nourish itself through the dark season - an inspiration for us to follow natures lead and take care of ourselves after the busyness of Summer 🍁

🍂 This session will be filled with self care practices, soul nourishing activities and rituals to return home to yourself, think cosy room, warming drinks and feel good vibes 🍂

🥮 Everything will be provided for your comfort and convenience and includes a selection of goodies for you to use at home. 🥮

🌕 Join me for our next full moon circle, working with the energies of Pisces, a sign that is all about sensitivity, intuition and heightened awareness, allowing us to let go of all that no longer serves us. In addition to the normal releasing under a full moon, this one is especially potent as it is a full moon total lunar eclipse, a time for life changing transformation that carries deep emotional and spiritual energy, creating space for deep healing with renewed clarity 🌕

💗 We will work with the energies through journalling, releasing rituals, oracle card guidance and a guided meditation which will be followed by a restorative, relaxing sound bath 💗

🥳 I just wanted to say a huge congratulations to these four amazing women who have completed the accredited introduction to chakras course.

The course ran over a number of months with fortnightly face to face sessions and every session they turned up ready to learn and fully engaged with the content and activities that were given to them to complete at home.

I’m so proud of all of them and it was an absolute honour and pleasure leading them through this learning journey to improve their well-being, thank you ladies for making this such a positive experience ❤️

The next course starts in October and runs fortnightly for 8 sessions, if you are interested in learning more about chakras and how you can use them to improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being then drop me a YES PLEASE in the comments and I’ll send some further information xx
