Here at Amber Family, we take first aid very seriously, and always make sure our staff are up-to-date with their training for both emergency first aid, and paediatric first aid. This enables us to keep our families safe at all times.
Did you know that Amber Family has not one, but TWO Defibrillators within our company?!
These aren't just beneficial for our staff and resident families, but it's also a vital thing for the local community.
We work closely with 'The Circuit', which acts as a national defibrillator network. By us keeping our defibrillators regularly serviced and in working order, the ambulance service can locate these for use in an emergency via The Circuit. The installation of 24 hour accessible defibrillators in the local community, as well as increased training, can therefore have a phenomenal impact on survival rates. 🧡
