Update on how we doing, progressing, getting stronger, gaining weight, recovering, cancer free 🙏🙏🙏♥️🏋️‍♂️✨️💖✔️
12 weeks results * 1.3 stones ( 8.3 kg) heavier
* stronger
* all measurements are up * biceps: plus 1.7 cm/ chest : plus 1 cm / hip: plus 6 cm / thighs : plus 6 cm/ calf : plus 0.5 cm
* glutes, legs are growing! Small visual changes are now noticeable ✨️ , clothes getting too small, and feeling amazing!
* straight into the 12 weeks, we are not finished!

Another 12 weeks transformation successfully completed 🙌 👏
Results so far for my very disciplined client :

* busy dad ,busy lifestyle
* 12 weeks body transformation, with 1 pt sess per week
* 10.2 kg ( 1.60 stones) down
* fat loss phase will last a few more weeks ,followed by a long building phase ( will up food and change the weightlifting routine)
