Hairdressing Day at Marina ✂️

A big thank you to Jay for working your magic as always. There’s nothing quite like a fresh set, a tidy trim, and a good chat to lift everyone’s spirits.

Our residents love their hairdressing days, lots of smiles, a few laughs, and plenty of feeling pampered and proud.

We enjoyed a brilliant game of full stack, bringing everyone together for an afternoon of focus.

It takes a steady hand and concentration to get those balls balanced, and there were plenty of proud moments.

It is always great to see residents supporting each other, sharing a laugh and getting involved.

It was a lovely afternoon at Marina Care Home yesterday as we welcomed Park Nutrition to chat with residents about feeling good from the inside out. 🍇🍉😋

With a focus on nutrition and hydration, we explored how the food and drink we choose each day can support our wellbeing, boost energy levels, and keep us feeling our best.

A big thank you to Debs and Tracy for coming along and sharing their knowledge, along with some delicious samples for everyone to try.

It was a great way to learn something new and enjoy a social afternoon together.

Join us at Marina Care Home for a relaxed afternoon with Park Nutrition! 🍎🍊

On Wednesday 8th April from 1:30pm, we’ll be welcoming the team in for a free mini wellness evaluation. It’s a great chance to have a friendly chat, learn a bit more about your health, and pick up some simple tips you can take away.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet a couple of the coaches and enjoy a selection of nibbles while you’re here.
