Yoga4Health Yoga classes, teaching and healthy living in Southport Yoga4Health offers regular yoga classes in and around Southport and Preston.

I run regular hatha, ashtanga and yin classes, meditation and relaxation classes. I also offer one to one and small group instruction to assist in progress. I can help with certain medical conditions, for example MS, ME, CHS, Fibromyalgia, stress related conditions and rehabilitation. I work alongside fitness and sports professionals to maintain a balanced approach to health.
