🌟 November 1st: A Grateful Heart 🌟

Waking up on November 1st, feeling pretty awesome about the little life I've created! When I started Mandala, I had a definite plan of action and even though I'd been teaching for over 15yrs and was already running a business it was completely different and this time I had a 2yr old and 7 month old. I had no idea at all what to do and expect. In a few days, it's our 2nd birthday (4th) I couldn't have done it without my incredible family, village and network but that will be a completely different post, but just for now, I'm super excited to acknowledge that one of the business aims I'd set myself has manifested. 🎉✨





Being a mom of two and teaching Karma Kidz full-time in schools, life is a beautiful whirlwind. Every day, I'm reminded of the incredible journey we're on. 🌸

Not letting his sister take all the attention my little man has smashed going back to nursery all on his own 💙

Woke up on Friday declaring he was going to get a proud cloud and without any doubt off he went. He passed me the certificate nonchalantly as I picked him up 🤭

Karma Kidz Pop up!! This Tuesday xx

Karma Kidz  was created by Natalie back in 2013. After years of training professional dance crews and competing Natalie wanted to empower Children to be able to deal with pressure and stress.

Now we provide yoga and wellbeing sessions within a number of schools with Teach trainings starting soon.

Living in today's world where stimuli is on overload and everything is high speed, fast hitting and high impact. The pressures of school and the added pressure from socials is A LOT!!! This all means that it is so important for kids to have time to calm down and relax and hey just be kids!

Karma Kids classes are built around yoga postures, Brain flexibility,  breathing and somatic relaxation techniques all woven together into exciting adventures, exploring the jungle, ocean dives and cosmic space journeys! This is a fantastic opportunity for children to use their imagination through the adventures, and help stretch, strengthen, relax and focus their little minds and bodies in a friendly, fun and inclusive non-competitive atmosphere.

To celebrate launching her debut childrens book. A mindful Adventure with Karma Koala we are hosting a pop up Children's yoga session

TUESDAY 29TH AUGUST 5PM

This will be themed on starting or returning back to school which we all know can be a little nerve racking and challenging. We will encourage children to stop and breathe in a non-competitive non judgemental environment where they can notice how they are feeling. Children are constantly learning during practice.

Teaching children the ability and methods to help them feel calm and centred during the day will reap so many benefits for them now and in the future.
