What a brilliant day with our incredible Activities Coordinators from across Dovehaven 💙

Our annual Spring Get Together brought colleagues from all 23 homes into one room to connect, swap ideas and learn from each other. The energy, creativity and commitment on display was amazing to see.

These are the people who bring fun, friendship, purpose and meaningful moments into daily life for our residents, so it was only right to dedicate a day to celebrating them and investing in their development.

We were also proud to announce our new partnership with NAPA, giving teams even more fresh ideas, resources and inspiration to take back to their homes.

Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences and made the day such a success. We’re so proud to have such passionate people across Dovehaven. ✨

Our teams work hard every day to provide consistent, high-quality care. On 15th April, Church View Nursing Home was commended by the CQC for its outstanding caring and well-led service.

💙We take responsibility
We are committed to delivering person-centred care and ensuring our staff have the training and support they need to deliver safe and effective care.

Our value of accountability has also been recognised through the Dovehaven CARES Awards, with Danielle and Josh (2024 & 2025 winners) celebrated for delivering on promises and taking responsibility in their roles.
