New Blog: Starting the conversation💙

Talking to someone you love about memory changes or early signs of dementia isn’t easy. Many families put it off because it feels too scary, too emotional, or they don’t know where to start.

Our Dementia Lead, Krystyna Mitchell, has written a heartfelt blog to help guide families through these conversations, with kindness, patience and understanding at the centre.

It includes practical tips, reassurance when emotions run high, and an important reminder that not all memory changes are dementia.
