The energy over the last few weeks has been a little crazy!

As we are approaching the end of this lunar year (year of the snake 🐍) and heading towards the lunar new year on the 17th Feb (year of the fire horse 🐴) lots of cycles are coming to an end.

Friends and clients have been commenting on how their perimenopause symptoms are exaggerated at the moment and that they feel very disconnected and lacking motivation.

We have to also remember that we are within the winter months (in the UK) and this is the season of rest and nurturing.

You are being guided to release parts of your life that have kept you stuck or locked within your comfort zone.

These next few weeks are about giving yourself permission to dream big and free yourself energetically from the version of you that has brought you to this point.

This year ahead is about taking positive aligned action and putting yourself first.
