📢 Important Notice for Patients using EE and other networks

We’ve been made aware of a network outage with EE today. This may affect our ability to contact patients booked in for telephone appointments if they use EE as their phone provider.

If this applies to you and you’re expecting a call from a GP today, please either email us or pop into the surgery so we can make alternative arrangements for you to speak to a doctor.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

With a heatwave emerging, we want to ensure all of our patients are staying safe. Heat can be harmful to your health, especially for older people, young children, and those with existing medical conditions.

Please take a moment to read the attached poster for important advice on staying well during hot weather.

If you feel unwell due to the heat, rest in a cool place, drink water, and seek medical advice if needed.
