S.E.N.S.E Therapeutic Centre and Social Hub is located in the centre of Tenbury Wells, the Capital of Mistletoe in the UK. Situated next to a SSSI, along the River Teme surrounded by a sensory garden which contains crystals, an astrological patio, a crystal labyrinth, fairy garden, reflection area, plenty of seating and areas under cover. You are welcome to come and sit in the garden and sense a f

eeling of peace. As you enter the building, the foyer is dedicated to the Mistletoe Shop. The ground floor then leads in the main shop which sells an eclectic mix of crystals, gifts, homeopathy, Bach Flower essences, essential oils, diffusers, salt lamps, jewellery. Go on through the shop to The quiet room. This is open when the shop is open. A comfortable quiet space, which accommodates 8. This room has held many individuals who just need that quiet head space to feel and reflect. If you feel drawn to select one of the books on the shelves which could hold some insight for you. Upstairs there are more beautiful appointed rooms. A carpeted studio, on Wednesdays accommodates Feldenkrais, Sound baths twice a month and the occasional zen evenings with Diann Dowell the creative of the business. Room and venue hire available.

Feeling very honoured to be taking over from Roise in Tenbury Wells as she leaves to return home to Australia.
Roise has over 20 years experience in Sound healing, was one of the founding teachers in the Sound Healing Academy, and until recently was their Lead teacher for Europe. She still has a very prominent role within the Academy.
So understandably, I am so grateful and honoured she has put her trust in me to continue her valuable work for the community.

I was very fortunate to experience Roise's teaching on my Level 2 Practitioner's course 2 -3 years ago. Since then, she has been my regular Practitioner who I have been to for my own healing, and more recently received her mentoring.

My services at S.E.N.S.E, Tenbury Wells include:-

1:1 Sound healing sessions &

2 Monthly intimate Sound Baths (max 10) 7-9pm every -
1st Wednesday of the month, and every
3rd
