The reality no one talks about.

Because showing up online is important… but doing it after a full day of clients? That’s a different story.

On a serious note this is exactly why I now have support behind the scenes.
Having a social media manager means I’m not trying to do everything at the end of a long day, and it no longer feels like a chore or something I’m constantly putting off.

I can focus on my patients… and still show up consistently online.

💄✨**SPF in makeup? Nice bonus. But not enough.**☀️

Here’s why:
🔸 Too little product — We don’t apply enough makeup to reach the full SPF rating on the label.
🔸 Uneven coverage — Makeup isn’t applied to every exposed area (like ears, neck, or hairline).
🔸 No reapplication — SPF fades throughout the day, and most people don’t reapply foundation every 2 hours.

👩‍🔬 The fix?
✅ Use a separate broad-spectrum SPF 30+ as your final skincare step
✅ THEN apply your makeup 💄
✅ Reapply with SPF mist or powder during the day

First time patient with an upcoming wedding… so timing was important on this one.

There was some unevenness through the brow, along with static lines that had already formed.

What we’ve done here is gently correct the balance and add support through the brow, keeping everything soft and natural.

We’ve got one more small tweak to do before the wedding, but this is already sitting really nicely.

This is a good example of what can still be achieved with the right approach.
Subtle changes, done properly, that still look like you.

But the reality is it’s very rarely too late.

If you’re using ZO Skin Health and your skin is healthy… the answer is no.

The only thing that should change?
Being more consistent with your SPF (yes, every 2 hours)

This is the time of year where I start to notice a shift in people’s skin.

Not because anything dramatic has happened but because small things start to change.

More time outside, more sun exposure, routines becoming a bit less consistent and your skin reacts to that.

It might feel a bit more reactive, a bit dull or just not quite how it was a few weeks ago.

That’s completely normal, your skin is always responding to what’s going on around it.

This is usually the point where making a few simple adjustments

What happens at my first injectable clinic appointment?

Wrinkle relaxing appointments can feel intimidating — but your consultation is all about us meeting each other and having a good long information sharing conversation about what you are seeing in the mirror and what is bothering you to consider injectables.
All of my appointments are available to book online as well as the medical questionnaire and informed consent forms. I will check through these before you arrive.

I also send you a screen shot the night before of where you can park so you know where to come.

When you come in, we’ll talk through your concerns, assess your facial movement, and discuss what outcome you want — softer lines, preventative treatment, or a subtle refresh. I’ll explain how everything works, what to expect, and create a tailored plan that keeps you looking like you — just smoother and more confident.

This is a 30 minute appointment and absolutely no pressure here. You have to be happy with me and my suggested treatment plan.

If we need more time we simple book another appointment where we can explore different options.



· 30 minute consultation appointments.
· Information sharing and treatment planning.
· £50 deposit required when booking appointment, deductible off any treatments or products or refundable on the day if you decide not to go ahead.
