No. 75 Regional Hospital truly embraced the spirit of Valentine’s by giving back to the community. ❤️

In addition to offering free HIV/STI testing and distributing prevention commodities, the team also hosted a blood drive and provided blood pressure and Random Blood Sugar (RBS) testing, ensuring holistic health services were accessible to all.

Parika Health Centre – A Day of Giving Back to the Community 🤝

Parika Health Centre hosted a special day dedicated to serving and engaging the community. The activity included sensitization sessions where community members were educated on the wide range of services offered, including HIV/STI testing and prevention services.

The National AIDS Programme Secretariat (NAPS) was proud to be part of this initiative, engaging and educating young minds on HIV/STIs, prevention strategies, and the importance of knowing your status.

Together, we continue to empower communities through knowledge and access to services. 💙

Today, the National AIDS Programme Secretariat (NAPS) successfully hosted its Annual Valentine’s Day Outreach in the parking lot of our compound — and what an impactful day it was! ❤️

Our commodities were accessed by many persons throughout the day, and we were pleased to see several individuals come in for HIV testing.

During the outreach, persons uplifted:
✔️ HIV self-testing kits
✔️ Condoms
✔️ Lubricants
✔️ Accessed on-site HIV testing services

Valentine’s Day is about love — and loving yourself means knowing your status and staying protected. Thank you to everyone who came out and made this outreach a tremendous success! 💕

Region #5 showed what true love looks like this Valentine’s season 💕 — love through action, care, and community support.

The “Test of Love” Valentine’s Testing & Blood Drive was successfully organized by Culburn Abel, HIV Counselor & Tester, bringing awareness, encouragement, and lifesaving services to the community.

Persons had the opportunity to:
✔️ Get tested and know their HIV status
✔️ Receive HIV prevention education
✔️ Donate blood and give the gift of life
✔️ Access condoms and other prevention materials

This initiative reminded us that love is not just words — it’s protecting yourself, protecting your partner, and supporting others in need.

👏🏽 Special commendations to Culburn Abel for spearheading this impactful activity and to everyone who came out to participate.
