The National AIDS Programme Secretariat (NAPS) team continues to expand access to essential HIV services by providing testing, prevention services, and key commodities to communities in remote areas of Region 8. Alongside service delivery, capacity building is also being conducted for new Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) trainees within the region, who are actively participating as part of the outreach testing team. This integrated approach strengthens local capacity while ensuring that individuals in hard-to-reach areas receive timely, comprehensive HIV prevention and testing services.
