Stop using seed oils eg corn oil, soya or soyabean oil, peanut oil, canola oil,sunflower oil, palm oil
Instead use hempseed oil, sesame oil, avacado oil ( for cooking) olive oil and coconut oil ( not for cooking)

Fast for 24 hours once a week or intermittently every day for at least 12 hours or for four days every month or 1 to 3 months a year.

Start the morning with at least one pint of water or possibly two. If you are unable to do it,them it means you already have an underlying health issue

Herbal tea can also be an alternative to drinking water in the morning ( check food list for good Herbal teas)

Get adequate rest time of rest will vary from person to person

Exercise or be active for at least 1 hour per day this can be broken In segments. Do not over-exsert your body.

Eat a wide range of fruits and vegetables ( preferably organic) see Herbal Remedies food list . Eat foods from all foods daily to maintain balance.
