Diabetes Awareness ||
Do you know the meaning of those numbers on your blood sugar testing machine?
It is crucial to be aware of your numbers; to keep your blood sugar levels in your target range as much as possible to help prevent or delay long-term, serious health problems, such as heart disease, vision loss, and kidney disease.
Learn more about the numbers that are considered normal by speaking to the Doctor at your health centre.
