Through rhythmic drumming and guided journeying, you'll begin to build relationships with these essential allies and inner landscapes.

This is a sacred time when the veil between the worlds is at its thinnest, inviting us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the unseen realms.

🌬 Sound Healing Journey
Allow healing vibrations to cleanse, balance, and activate your energy body. Through sound, we open ourselves to receive subtle messages and align more fully with the spiritual frequencies of this sacred time.
🍫 Cacao Ceremony – Honoring Mama Cacao
We will sit in ceremony with the sacred heart medicine of Mama Cacao. This plant spirit opens the heart space, guiding us into deeper emotional connection, compassion, and ancestral remembrance. She holds us as we release and renew.
🔥 Ancestor Honoring & Healing Rituals
Through intentional ritual, we will create space to honor our beloved ancestors — those of blood, spirit, and land. We will call in their wisdom, offer our gratitude, and open to healing across the lineage. You are welcome to bring a photo or token for the ancestor altar.
🌾 Community Connection & Sacred Sharing
This journey is one of both individual reflection and collective support. Through gentle sharing, storytelling, and sacred witness, we will deepen our sense of community and belonging — remembering that we are never alone on this path.
