💔 Honestly, I can’t understand what is wrong with some people… demolishing and vandalizing for no reason at all.
It’s very heavy so I can’t even lift it back or fix it myself, and now I’m left with the mess right outside my studio's door 😔

In just 2 weeks, I’ll be on a plane to Sal, Cape Verde 🇨🇻 Why? To carry your generosity straight into the hands of the children of Terra Boa. Together we’ve gathered school supplies, clothes, hygiene items, toys and money that will truly make a difference. 💛

And then… without even catching my breath, I’ll head straight to London for the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine conference. Imagine this: hundreds of the world’s top experts in lifestyle medicine under one roof, sharing the latest science on how we can live better, longer, healthier. So many great memories from last year conference. I’ll be there soaking it all up and bringing it home for you.
