Let's not let go of summer too early but remember that this is the ideal time to prepare the body and mind for the change of season ahead. In Chinese medicine we look at things in simple terms to prepare for the change of seasons, its a time for new qi or energy to flow so make sure to clear your home of any stagnant energy in the form of clutter, as the weather takes a turn start to reintroduce warming foods like soups and stews, drink warming, nourishing fluids, try to let go of things that no longer serve you in your life, have some acupuncture to rebalance and detox to have a fresh start for the season ahead. Remember there are no big things to do, just a combination of small changes can lead to big changes in how you feel.
