In tonights class the kyria will be on Infinity! Reaching for the realms of infinity & experience our own boundlessness. Working primarily on the pelvic region. Physiologically the pelvis acts as a foundation the point of balance for the torso and the lower foundation on earth.

There are many angles in this kyria.
This is the reason for the equal (right/left) ( up & down) within the posture's coordinations.
By performing these asana & movements we're literally threading the needle of being human.
And as this goes in all directions, like the postures, this affects both our pre -story & future legacy.

The health of all your chakras affect the projection of your aura. The 8thchakra influences how all the other chakras function.

In tonights class we will be practicing a kyria for the electromagnetic field and heart centre.
This set works on coordination and repair of the nervous system by stimulating the heart centre.
Your normal feeling of happiness, connection and well-being depend on the balance of your individual psycho-electromagnetic field. If it is strong, your muscles obey the message nerves, and the message nerves give good perception to the brain.
Proper maintenance of the nerves depends on the basic elements and hormones in the constitution of the blood. This set will balance the blood.
