Have you ever sat with a blank canvas and wondered what you were going to paint on it or have you ever sat with a blank page and wondered what you would write on it or have you ever sat starring into space and wondered how you were going to proceed forward with your life. There are times when the answers seem to elude us, there are so many things we can paint, write or imagine but there is a block in our vision in that moment. Do you give up and let yourself spiral downwards with a lack of self belief or do you take a deep breath and just let the paint flow without a purpose, let the words flow without meaning or let your mind wander down into your heart to take you on a day dream journey. We are all striving to change our lives in positive ways, change doesnt have to be so difficult. Dont get hung up on finding your purpose, let it find you. Dont be worrying if you are on the right path, listen to your body it is your best compass. Release the need to control and go with the flow. Enjoy the journey, there are no set rules, every one of us is travelling the to the same destiny but we are all on different routes.
