Mountain View Markets Yoga 🧘‍♀️⛰️

Such a fun day today ...I love teaching yoga in different settings and Mountain View is perfect ♥️

Having yoga the same day as a dog show was just a huge plus as I got to look at all the doggies coming and going all day 🐕🐩🐶

Thanks so much to everyone who showed up for yoga this morning and I can't wait for the next one 🥰

Yoga at Mountain View Markets 🧘‍♀️ This Sunday August 3rd

Mountain View is hosting another All Levels Yoga class this Sunday and I cannot wait to see you all there 🙌

Grab a friend and a mat and join me at 10:30am to enjoy an All Levels Yoga practice in a super cute bell tent over by the alpacas🧘‍♀️🦙

Such a great day last Friday with the and 🙌

Thanks so much to my teammates from H+K International & Ekco for including me in their team and making it so enjoyable....it's not every day you get asked to go pull a plane, so thankful for the opportunity 🛩️

The main aim of the day was to raise lots of funds for and we are so grateful to everyone who supported the cause and you still can - I will link on my stories 🙌

Also thanks to the defense forces that put us through our paces on the day... (No thanks to the ones who put us through the warm up though🤣 🥵🤣)🪖

We then bring out our creative sides (or not so creative sides) and paint our very own tote bags 🤩
