Here are results of Chinese Herbal Medicine treatment combined with weekly Acupuncture sessions on a patient with severe chronic psoriasis around the entire body. As seen on first photo (two months into the therapy), there is still some redness around the elbow which originally was covered with thick and flaking scale. After third month all of the main patches were nearly gone from around elbows, back, trunk and legs which is shown on the second photo. As this is a severe case, it took some time to see a significant improvement.
There are many people struggling with skin problems like psoriasis, eczema etc. Many of them think that there is no other solution than steroid creams and pharmaceutical drugs which rarely, if ever, can give solid and longterm relief.
I'm posting this because I know that most people are unaware of effective alternatives that can end their strive with various health issues.

Scalp Acupuncture works by stimulating and restoring affected or retraining unaffected brain tissue, to compensate for the lost functions of damaged brain tissue.
For best improvement, patients should be treated within the first year after the stroke, however, there is always a chance of improvement with any duration of symptoms.
In case of ischemic type of stroke, treatment should be done as soon as possible after the acute stage. When treating hemorrhagic stroke, acupuncture should be started no sooner than a month after the stroke, to make sure the patient's condition is stable.
