It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Oates, who passed away on 24th May 2026.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at the Chapel of Peace, Fraser’s Funeral Home, Galbally (E34 AE22) on Tuesday, 26th May, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm followed by Evening Prayers.

Reception on Wednesday, 27th May, into St. Joseph’s Church, Glenbrohane, for 11:30am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Galbally Cemetery.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at the Chapel of Peace, Fraser’s Funeral Home, Galbally (E34 AE22) on Tuesday, 12th May, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm followed by removal to the Church of Christ the King, Galbally.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday, 13th May, at 11:30am, followed by burial in the local cemetery.
