This is a the final call. I'm holding a women's only small group workshop in Granagh Community Hall over 4x weeks in November.
This workshop will explore and teach skills around

🌱 Challenging our inner critic
🌱 Build self-confidence and self-esteem 🌱 Increase accountability
🌱 Build awareness of self-sabotage
All this will be explored interactively to allow you to work towards a more value driven, focused and unbreakable mindset.
