This Sunday, the 8th of March is International women's day 😊 and what better way to spend it than taking a few hours to care for the wonderful woman that you are. Come alone or bring a friend or two to celebrate this day togethor 💗

Taking time out regularly to let yourself completely relax, rest, breathe and connect has the most beautiful way of bringing with it more energy, better health, greater clarity, peace of mind, joy and happiness.

Over the 2 hours we will have a magical combination of cacao, somatic yoga, heart based meditation, breath work, and gentle energy healing🧘
