Delighted to welcome Hara Willow ૐ to this evening's Listening Field Guest Session - online from 7-8pm

This will be rooted in Celtic tradition, and also include sound practices from several faiths. The intention will be to support us in transforming human consciousness by calling upon the assistance of, and embodying, the Divine Feminine.

Hara is a Shamanic Soundhealer, Transpersonal researcher and practitioner, Tutor for the College of Sound Healing and Interfaith Minister in training.

She specialises in Sacred Ceremony, Sacred Dance and Spiritual Accompaniment. Her work is structured by the Medicine Wheel - honouring seven sacred powers and directions - and utilises sonic spiritual technologies from the world’s wisdom traditions to connect to and embody the Divine, for healing and transformation.

Hara also writes sacred chants, songs, poems and prayers to assist in the rising of the Divine Feminine and the evolution of humanity towards a future of peace, harmony and reverence for life.

In this immersive workshop, you’ll learn and develop a range of new skills, crafting stunning mandalas and mobiles inspired by the profound theme of the circle of life.

Piano & Poetry Sound Bath with Stephen Heffernan & Lucia Yoga and Wellness
We are delighted to be sharing piano and poetry together again in Venue 4 Athlone, inviting you into a peaceful space for healing, relaxation, insight and general wellbeing.
This will be a little bit different than a tradition sound bath. It will be a collaboration of piano improvising and a poetry dive. Stephen on the baby grand piano and Lucia speaking poetry will weave in and out through silence and space.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blankets for you to lie on and relax for the evening!
