A Journey of Growth & Transformation
Two years ago, I completed my mindfulness training, a profound experience that taught me how to quiet the mind, observe my thoughts, and bring awareness to my behaviours and emotions. Mindfulness works from the top down, helping us understand and reshape the patterns in our lives. It’s the foundation for greater self-awareness, clarity, and intentional living.
Now, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just completed a six-month Breathwork Facilitator Course, and it has impacted my life on so many levels. This course has been about much more than learning techniques, it’s been a deep dive into:

🌱 Polyvagal theory

The breath is more than life, it’s transformation, connection, and freedom. Breathwork works from the bottom up, helping release tension and anxiety stored in the body, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of balance and empowerment. Combining mindfulness with breathwork creates a powerful synergy to heal and transform both the mind and body.
Breathwork has already become, and will continue to be, an integral part of my life. I’m so excited to integrate this into my work and help you experience its magic for yourself.
