Dry needling for Achilles pain/tendinitis. Pain in the Achilles’ tendon is often caused by overuse and resting from activities that aggravate it is advised along with stretching and strengthening exercises.

Tendons have very little blood supply so dry needling is very effective as it stimulates circulation, promotes healing and relieves pain.

Some common tendon issues include tennis and golfers elbow, Achilles tendinitis, rotator cuff tendinopathies and patellar tendinitis (jumper’s knee)
