Summer is coming!!!!!
We have some exciting news here at Off The Walls Health and Fitness. Due to popular demand we are starting our first ever 6 week program, called "30-to-30", in our newly finished training room.
The "30-to-30 program" consists of 2 classes a week (Mondays and Thursdays) that focus on strengthening the Body and Core. The first class will involve 30 mins of core exercises, to strengthen both the core and stabilizing muscles in the body. The second class will be 1 hour long and will work the whole body with each exercise incorporating our core and stabilizers.
The aim of the "30-to-30 program" is the strengthen our bodies for a better quality of life. There are numerous benefits to this program, such as,
1. Weight loss and the reduction of waist and belly fat
2. Improvement in balance and stability
3. Improves the health of the heart
4. Overall strength of the muscles in the body
5. Increased energy
etc.
The first week of class will commence Monday the 27th and continues for 6 weeks. The Monday class starts at 7.15 p.m. and the Thursday class at 7.00 p.m. The program has limited places due to popular demand. "30-to-30" is open to Males and Females and to people that have beginner or advanced levels of fitness.
