Ballyhoura Horse Trekking Ballyhoura Horse Trekking previously known as Ballyhoura Horse Trails offers a friendly and relaxing trekking experience.

We are located in Kilfinane and offer trekks through forest trails with breathtaking views of the Ballyhoura, Galty and Knockmealdown mountain ranges. We offer one hour trekks for beginners and two hour trekks for experienced riders. We also welcome riders who wish to bring their own horses or ponies. We do lessons for children and adults and camps
John Joe is BHS qualified in equestrian tourism, first aid, ride and road safety. Sarah work alongside John Joe and they work well as a team working side by side for 4years now
Sarah is BHS A.I instructor She also has first aid, ride and road safety

Hairy Henry homeward bound epic journey. From Cavan to Bantry, 500km. Raising funds to finish a barn for riders with special needs. Will be passing through Kilfinane Saturday morning around 9 o'clock if anyone would like to come and give their support 😀

Hi guys there will be camp going on next week for Halloween 🎃 unfortunately there is only a number of days to fit everyone in and we are not going to be able fit everyone in such a short week so what will happen is the groups that are with us the longest with be priority , il put all the days up here with what groups, the people we don’t have camp will be having there lesson as a halloween games lesson
